Remote: Intern - Special Projects (m/f/d)

Your Mission
The Special Projects intern contributes to important and urgent projects with CEO attention under supervision of the Chief of Staff.
Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do
  • Projects
    • Analyze processual or organizational problems and propose recommendations to resolve them; topics may relate to any function, e.g. marketing & sales, finance, product
    • Execute proposed solutions in projects that you own yourself; conduct project management (e.g. defining work packages, milestones) and stakeholder management (e.g. kickoff meetings) 
    • Present project status reports and updates to management 
    • Interact with project sponsors, typically from senior management 
  • Data analysis
    • Conduct data analysis to support projects and develop spreadsheet models; work with CRM and BI software
  • Task support
    • Supporting Chief of Staff in ongoing and ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing board meetings, investor updates and all-hands meetings
Your Profile / What You'll Need
  • First practical experience, favourably in a start-up, VC, consultancy, or similar dynamic environment
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, favourably in business, business informatics, business analytics, industrial engineering, economics, or similar
  • High personal ambition level
  • Hands-on, “getting things done” attitude; not afraid of getting your hands dirty
  • Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet software; knowledge in coding, CRM and/or BI software a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1-level); German is a plus but not required
  • Available for at least 3 months full-time, can be performed remotely, if you're based in Germany
